Mt Gimli and the Mulvey group are some of the more aesthetically pleasing peaks in the Southern Selkirks. 17km up a resource road in the Southern Valhalla Range, Gimli is reasonably hard to access. You need a willingness to walk a long way.

The classic line is to tour up and down the meadows below Gimli, however with a bit of creativity it’s easy to put together a great tour and ski multiple aspects.
