Ski X Lead is a four day transformational leadership experience in the Columbia Mountains with ACMG ski guide Conor Hurley of Arctos Guides and executive coach Jonah Larkin.
At the end of this retreat you will:

Lead by ACMG ski guide Conor Hurley you’ll tune up in the Kicking Horse Resort slackcountry and then head to Rogers Pass to put your newfound ski and leadership skills to the test.
Whatever your backcountry skiing or splitboarding experience is, we’ve got you covered. If you have never ridden in the backcountry this retreat is the best introduction you could get. And if you’ve ridden in the backcountry, this you’ll step into your leadership edge.
The bottom line is that you’ll walk away confident in your abilities and skills as a rider and a leader. Watch yourself step back into your business with newfound confidence, strength and insight.
Do I need to have backcountry skiing or snowboarding experience?
No. You’ll be learning all the backcountry skills you’ll need to safely ski in the backcountry.
Do I need my own backcountry equipment?
No. We’ve partnered with Higher Ground Sports in Golden, BC to provide you with all the necessary equipment.
Do I need to be an expert skiier or snowboarder to participate?
No. However you should be able to ski black diamond runs confidently.
Do I need to be in great shape to participate?
You should be able to run about a 10 minute mile on varied course for 5 miles. Because of the strenuous nature of this retreat, we will be getting in shape together.
