Day 1: Arrival in Calgary
We meet at Calgary International Airport and hop into our 4wd vehicle. Excitement grows as we leave the city and head to our cozy lodge in the Golden, BC. Over a hearty dinner we get acquainted with each other and talk about the plan for the next day.
Day 2: Kicking Horse Resort Slackcountry
We ride the gondola at Kicking Horse Resort, famous for its powder and challenging terrain. After a gondola ride to ridge top, we drop into an excellent run before heading into the backcountry of the Dogtooth Range.
Day 3:Kicking Horse Resort Slackcountry
Today, we explore the pristine backcountry skiing and splitboarding near Golden, BC. Your ACMG certified guide finds hidden powder stashes and untouched slopes, connecting with nature along the way.
Day4: Rogers Pass
Get ready for an epic backcountry adventure in Rogers Pass. With safety as our priority, we navigate some of the biggest backcountry terrain on the Powder Highway. Depending on the group and the conditions there will be ample opportunities to explore the extensive glaciated and alpine terrain Rogers Pass has to offer.
Day 5: Revelstoke Mountain Resort Slackcountry
Next stop: Revelstoke. We spend the day exploring its vast terrain, from hidden powder stashes to thrilling lines. Evenings are for unwinding in one of the many restaurants Revelstoke has to offer.
Day 6: Rogers Pass
We’ll head back to Rogers Pass to explore the vast backcountry potential of the Selkirk Mountains. Afterwards we’ll point the wheels to Golden, BC.
Day 7: Return to Calgary
After a day of skiing in the Rockies, we’ll head back to Calgary and enjoy a farewell meal. You’ll spend the night in a comfortable hotel close to the airport so you can pack up with ease and be ready for your departure the following morning.
We cater to all levels of backcountry enthusiasts. We require guests to be at least a strong intermediate skier/rider who is comfortable riding powder snow and be able to move through mountainous terrain.
