Lyngen Alps Ski and Sail Trip
Sailing. Fjords. Mountains. Pure Arctic Adventure.
Join us for an unforgettable Lyngen Alps Ski and Sail Trip in 2026. Nestled between the 69th and 70th parallels along Northern Norway’s spectacular coastline, Troms County, Finnmark, and the Lyngen Alps offer some of the best ski touring terrain on the planet — and some of the only places where you can access towering peaks directly by boat.
This is ski mountaineering at its finest: untouched snow, dramatic fjords, and the freedom of traveling by sail.

These mountains deliver a truly unique ski touring experience. Peaks rise straight from the ocean, creating steep, wild, and remote terrain that feels like nowhere else in the world. Travelling by sailboat gives us unbeatable flexibility and access, letting us adapt to weather, conditions, and tides as we explore new zones each day.
We start each morning with a hearty breakfast aboard the boat, then sort our gear and load into the dinghy for shore. From there, we set out for a full ski tour — most days involve 6–8 hours of climbing and skiing, with peaks ranging from 750 to 1,800 meters straight from the beach.
After returning to the boat, it’s time to unwind. Enjoy a delicious dinner, relax on deck, fish, sail to the next anchorage, and plan the next day’s objective. Every day brings new scenery, new mountains, and new adventures in the heart of the Lyngen Alps.
