Basecamps are some of the highlights of our winters. The Northern Monashees Backcountry Ski Basecamp basecamp will surely be one of them. Big glaciated terrain, towering peaks and the possibility of having the zone to ourselves makes this basecamp adventure special. The zone we used last year was so good we may have to go back to take care of some unfinished business!

The Northern Monashees are on the western shore of the Columbia River north of Revelstoke, BC. They have are know for a epically deep snowpack, huge terrain and endless possibilities for backcountry skiing and splitboarding.
As a recreational skier, Conor Hurley, did numerous canoe accessed ski missions to explore this remote part of the Columbia Mountains. Having skied and explored throughout the range, he has numerous camp locations that feature exceptional skiing.
Last year’s camp location was particularly incredible with extensive glaciation and opportunities of circuit tours, summits and fantastic ski descents.
