The Youngs Peak Traverse is a Rogers Pass classic.

The ~1750m and ~20km ski / splitboard tour connects the Illecilliweat and Asulkan valleys via high alpine terrain.

There is a substantial amount of glaciated and complex avalanche terrain on this tour. Make sure you bring the appropriate glacier travel and crevasse rescue gear. Check out the Rogers Pass Avalanche Forecast. The Rogers Pass Winter Permit System is important to read about as well.

Aside from the the great views from the summit of Youngs Peak, the tour features a 1750m north facing descent. There are a few ways to ski it, so spend some time looking at maps to figure out your line.
