Lyngen backcountry skiing is a special affair.  The Lyngen Alps are one of the premier ski destinations in the world.  Situated at 69 degrees north, 350 km north of the Arctic Circle, the Lyngen Alps, provide incredible ski conditions well into the month of May. Long days, incredible terrain and spectacular views of the fjords are just part of what makes this destination so special.  Late April and early May provide better weather, 18 hours of daylight and a well settled snowpack; a prefect recipe for maximizing your ski backcountry ski experience.

Ski venues are easily accessible by car and by boat.  This trip is a small group experience (maximum six guests to one guide) carefully designed to ensure you the best ski and travel experience in this amazing part of the world.  Come explore the Lyngen Alps with us over the course of seven days of skiing this April or May.

The Skiing

The Lyngen Alps offer terrain that suits both intermediate and experts skiers and splitboarders. While famous for couloir skiing and big steep faces, there’s mellow terrain too.  The views of the Norwegian Fjords, its location, the Aurora Borealis and life in the Arctic Circle make a trip to the Lyngen Alps a truly memorable experience.
